Do you accept payment on delivery?
Yes, we accept payment at certain locations in Lagos and across the country. For customers outside Lagos, you will be required to make a down payment of N2,000 or more before your order can be processed.
PS: For certain locations, we may not be able to offer door step POD service, in such case you will be required to meet the assigned rider at the nearest bus-stop.
When do I get my order?
We offer same day delivery within Lagos, and 24 - 72hrs delivery to other states.
What are your warranty terms?
Each item has a standard 7 days replacement / refund policy. We offer an extended 90 days for other warranty claims.
